Lime Mint - fresh lime juice and mint leaves liven up this zesty chocolate ganache
Cinnamon Dark - a single-origin Ecuador, 66% dark ganache infused with toasted cinnamon sticks
Negroni - Single-origin Madagascar 33% milk chocolate ganache made with fresh orange juice and a splash of Campari
Lemon Thyme Gimlet - a creamy 33% white chocolate ganache made with fresh lemon juice, cream infused with fresh thyme, and a splash of St-Germain elderflower liqueur.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Store chocolates in a cool, dry place; ideally, at 16C and away from direct heat. Enjoy within 2 weeks for peak freshness.
For longer storage, place in a sealed container in the fridge to prevent moisture and odour absorption.
For extended storage, wrap in an airtight container and freeze for up to three months. To thaw, place in the fridge overnight while still sealed.
Best enjoyed at room temperature!
