*Vanilla Almond Tart (N) - ethically sourced, Madagascar vanilla beans infuse a milky, subtly sweet white chocolate ganache over an almond shortbread cookie (contains almonds)
Coffee Crema - a "crema" (espresso cream) layer sits atop a coffee ganache made with a blend of Valrhona's finest dark and milk chocolates
*Hazelnut Crunch (N) - roasted Italian hazelnuts blended with luxurious white and Ecuadorian 66% dark chocolate
Sea Salt Caramel - Canadian Salt Spring Sea Salt finishes a creamy, buttery caramel inside a dark chocolate shell

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Store chocolates in a cool, dry place; ideally, at 16C and away from direct heat. Enjoy within 2 weeks for peak freshness.
For longer storage, place in a sealed container in the fridge to prevent moisture and odour absorption.
For extended storage, wrap in an airtight container and freeze for up to three months. To thaw, place in the fridge overnight while still sealed.
Best enjoyed at room temperature!
