As a permanent fixture in our kitchen, these bonbons are crafted in continuous small batches. If we are currently between batches, you may place a pre-order; we will hand-reserve your box from our very next batch to ensure peak freshness upon arrival.

Coffee Crema Dual-layer espresso & Valrhona chocolate. Inspired by the perfect espresso shot. A delicate "crema" (espresso cream) layer sits atop a robust coffee ganache, crafted from a bespoke blend of Valrhona’s finest dark and milk chocolates.

Hazelnut Crunch (N) Roasted Italian hazelnuts & Ecuadorian cacao. A nutty masterpiece featuring slow-roasted Italian hazelnuts blended with a harmonious mix of creamy white chocolate and floral Ecuadorian 66% dark chocolate.

Sea Salt Caramel Buttery caramel & silky milk chocolate ganache. Our signature buttery caramel is finished with Canadian Salt Spring Sea Salt and layered over a silky milk chocolate ganache for a smooth, creamy contrast—all encased in a crisp dark chocolate shell.
Note: (N) Contains nuts. All our chocolates are crafted in a kitchen that handles dairy, nuts, and gluten.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Store chocolates in a cool, dry place; ideally, at 16C and away from direct heat. Enjoy within 2 weeks for peak freshness.
For longer storage, place in a sealed container in the fridge to prevent moisture and odour absorption.
For extended storage, wrap in an airtight container and freeze for up to three months. To thaw, place in the fridge overnight while still sealed.
Best enjoyed at room temperature!
