Perfect for events or corporate gifting, our Gala Collection is crafted to order in small batches. We require a minimum of 100 bonbons per order to begin production.

What's in the collection?
Champagne Bubbles (N, A) - Raise a glass in chocolate form. A dark chocolate ganache made with Madagascar cocoa — prized for its fresh, tangy notes of red berries and toasted nuts — infused with real Champagne and finished with a sparkling pop. Lively, bright, and effervescent, it’s a celebration in every bite.
Cinnamon S'Mores Nightcap (A) - Cinnamon-infused milk chocolate ganache with a touch of spiced rum meets a crisp gluten-free cinnamon cookie layer and a vanilla bean marshmallow top. Refined yet indulgent, this bonbon captures the glow of a fireside nightcap in every bite.
Raspberry Dark (A) - A layer of vibrant raspberry jam crowns a ganache infused with sparkling wine and fine dark chocolate, creating a harmony of deep richness and lively fruit. Silky and tart with a lingering sparkle — a duet of elegance and brightness.
Vanilla Caramel - A soft, buttery caramel infused with Madagascar vanilla beans. Smooth, golden, and delicately sweet — a timeless indulgence that never needs embellishment.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Store chocolates in a cool, dry place; ideally, at 16C and away from direct heat. Enjoy within 2 weeks for peak freshness.
For longer storage, place in a sealed container in the fridge to prevent moisture and odour absorption.
For extended storage, wrap in an airtight container and freeze for up to three months. To thaw, place in the fridge overnight while still sealed.
Best enjoyed at room temperature!
